Job summary

RevStone is hiring a Video Editor to produce high-volume short-form ad content for U.S.-based campaigns. You will edit ads, reels, and social clips, ensuring strong hooks, clean captions, and precise pacing.

The role emphasizes fast turnarounds, collaboration with media buyers and copywriters, and delivering per-brand templates with consistent quality. The position is fully remote with a Monday–Friday schedule, and requires 2+ years of hands-on editing, a solid portfolio, and a home office setup

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on video editing experience.
• Deep proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or CapCut.
• Portfolio of short-form edits: ads, reels, TikToks, or YouTube Shorts.
• Strong hooks, pacing, and retention instincts for scroll-stopping content.
• Experience creating captions/subtitles and editing for sound-off viewing.
• Organized, deadline-driven, and able to handle high-volume work.
• Reliable home office setup with a capable computer and fast internet.
• Availability for a consistent M–F schedule with overlap with U.S. Pacific hours.

Responsibilities

• Edit a minimum of 30 pieces of content per week, primarily short-form vertical videos.
• Cut raw client footage into polished, caption-ready edits with strong hooks and pacing.
• Produce multiple variations of ads for A/B testing.
• Format deliverables for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with media buyers and copywriters to iterate on winners.
• Turn scripts into finished video and manage queue in project system.
• Self-review edits for captions, dead frames, and aspect ratios.
