Job summary

GrowthAssistant seeks a Video Editing Specialist to transform creator/influencer footage into high-performing social edits for a rapid, paid social operation. You’ll produce 12–14 concepts weekly across TikTok Shop assets, tailoring edits for TikTok and Meta and applying feedback to future work.

Qualifications

• Strong independent storytelling judgment to craft hooks and pacing without a strategist
• Experience in high-volume, fast-turnaround creative environments
• Solid awareness of social trends on TikTok/Meta and what performs well
• Ability to absorb and apply performance feedback to future edits
• Comfort with TikTok/UGC-style and polished video work
• Proficiency with editing tools and collaborative workflows (Asana)

Responsibilities

• Social-First Editing: identify hooks, restructure story, and craft strong edits
• High-Volume Production: 12–14 concepts per week with variations
• Cross-Platform Repurposing: adapt content for TikTok Shop, Meta, and other channels
• Feedback Application: apply learnings to future edits
• Workflow Management: manage briefs and feedback through Asana
• Polished B-Roll Editing: create aspirational B-roll content
• Cross-Team Integration: collaborate with internal marketing team
