GrowthAssistant is hiring an Ad Creative Video Specialist to join a fast-paced performance marketing agency producing conversion-focused video ads for e-commerce and DTC brands across TikTok, Meta, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

You will turn light briefs into multiple ad variations, apply scroll-stopping hooks and retention-focused pacing, manage a high-volume editing queue, and leverage AI tools to accelerate output while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of professional video editing for performance ads, DTC brands, or agencies.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Ability to work autonomously on light briefs without heavy direction.
• Strong written communication with daily updates and proactive timeline management.

Responsibilities

• Edit UGC-style video ads for paid performance channels (TikTok, Meta, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Turn light briefs into multiple ad variations for rapid testing; make independent footage and creative calls.
• Manage editing queue and meet weekly launch deadlines.
• Leverage AI creative tools to accelerate production across client deliverables.
• Interpret performance data to inform future edits and iterate accordingly.
• Run pre-submission QA and flag capacity constraints, delays, or tech issues in real time.
