Qualifications

• Editing reel submitted with application.
• 3+ years of professional experience in video editing, post-production, or media production.
• Strong proficiency in narrative editing, shaping tone, pacing, and flow.
• Experience with audio mixing and color correction at a professional level.
• Willingness to travel to Middle Tennessee area 2-4 times annually.
• Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church.

Responsibilities

• Edit original footage into polished stories aligned with brand standards and project goals.
• Makes editorial decisions on pace, style, and tone for target platforms.
• Perform audio mixing, color correction, and sound design for all deliverables.
• Integrate music, sound effects, graphics, and footage from partners.
• Collaborate with motion designers and editors to add animations and templates.
• Communicate timelines, blockers, and needs to producers and leads.
• Maintain organized file management and consistent project naming.
• Participate in review cycles and implement stakeholder feedback.
• Contribute to team growth through peer coaching and process improvements.
• Occasional travel: 2-4 times per year.
