Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Vice President, Provider Solutions DDI Delivery to own end-to-end delivery across multiple Medicaid Provider system implementations. You will translate approved solutions into executable plans and manage governance, budget, staffing, and client relations.

This 100% remote leadership role requires extensive experience delivering complex programs in regulated environments and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet aggressive milestones and client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Fifteen+ years in technology delivery and leadership.
• Ten+ years Medicaid/provider implementations experience.

Responsibilities

• Own scope, schedule, cost, quality, and go-live across Provider DDIs.
• Maintain integrated portfolio view and executive reporting.
• Lead governance with clear decision rights and escalation paths.
• Align cross-functional teams to approved commitments.
• Drive delivery optimization and continuous improvement.
