Lakefield Veterinary Group is seeking a Practice Implementation Coordinator to drive the migration from legacy PIMS to the ezyVet platform across multiple sites. You will map data, cleanse records, validate configurations, and train end users while coordinating with hospital teams, IT, and vendors.

The role requires veterinary hospital experience, strong communication, and experience with or willingness to learn ezyVet, with travel to go-live sites and ongoing support.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years hospital administrator or veterinary technician experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a veterinary hospital.
• Experience presenting to medium sized groups in a professional environment.
• ezyVet experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Participate/lead conversion meetings with hospital teams.
• Coordinate data migration and workflow conversion to ezyVet.
• Travel to hospitals during go-live weeks for training.
• Support post go-live hyper care and ongoing maintenance.
• Assist in setting up the Central Structure in ezyVet for consistency.
• Assist with procurement-related tasks for Lakefield hospitals.
• Collaborate with veterinary teams, IT staff, and vendors as needed.
• Adapt to evolving business needs within the procurement team.
