Job summary

Lakefield Veterinary Group is seeking a Practice Implementation Coordinator to ensure smooth migration from legacy veterinary software to the ezyVet platform. You will map data, cleanse, validate, and coordinate with veterinary teams, IT, and vendors to minimize disruption and ensure successful adoption.

The role includes leading conversion meetings, overseeing data transfers, and traveling during go-live weeks to train hospital staff and provide hyper-care support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Hospital Administrator or Veterinary Technician experience.
• 3+ years of experience working in a veterinary hospital.
• Office 365; Excel, Word experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate/lead conversion meetings with hospital teams.
• Successful conversion of data and workflows from existing PIMS to ezyVet.
• Travel to hospitals during their go-live week for training.
• Support of hospital teams during the post go-live hyper care.
• Assist in the set-up of ezyVet Central Structure system for consistent coding and service lists.
