• Experience in high-volume customer service or call center environments.

• Must be punctual, dependable, and able to meet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Guide conversations in a calm, compassionate manner for end-of-life care scenarios.
• Provide customer service by engaging with pet families via calls.
• Respond to high volume calls in a remote, work-from-home setup.
• Document pet medical information and schedule appointments accurately.
• Meet productivity, quality, and performance standards.
• Deliver stellar customer service to pet families and veterinarians.
• Attend mandatory training at employment start.
