Pathways Vermont is seeking a Vermont-based Vermont Support Line Operator to provide 24/7 confidential peer support to Vermonters aged 18+. This remote per diem role requires living in Vermont, attending monthly supervision, and working a flexible shift every four weeks.

Candidates bring lived experience with mental health challenges and CPSP readiness. You will respond to callers via phone, text, email, and chat, using person-centered, strengths-based approaches, and maintain documentation and

Competenze

• Must live and work in Vermont.
• Must attend 1 team meeting and 1 supervision monthly.
• Must work 1 shift every 4 weeks unless otherwise agreed with Supervisor.
• Direct lived experience with mental health challenges and willingness to share when appropriate.
• Must complete CPSP process with The Copeland Center.

• Provide confidential peer support using person-centered approaches.
• Respond to callers and texters via phone or text promptly.
• Communicate via email, chat, and text with coworkers and supervisors.
• Complete accurate data collection after each call.
• Explain programmatic expectations to callers and texters.
• Assist callers in crisis and refer to appropriate resources.
• Adhere to policies and emergency on-call protocols.
• Attend mandatory meetings and trainings.
• Complete the CPSP process.
