The position emphasizes recovery-oriented mentoring, collaboration with providers, and maintaining confidential records in line with state and agency standards. Experience with EMR is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must maintain state certification as it evolves and complete trainings.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and varied schedules.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model for individuals seeking long-term stability.
• Assist clients in articulating personal recovery goals via outpatient services.
• Guide clients to create crisis/recovery plans using skills and resources.
• Identify triggers and coping strategies to prevent crises.
• Provide psycho-social support and community-based services.
