Pathways Vermont is seeking a Peer Respite Guest Support Staff member in Burlington, VT. The role provides direct peer support to guests, leveraging lived experience and specialized training to contribute to a safe, supportive home environment.

The position requires CPSP process readiness, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive as needed. It includes daytime responsibilities with opportunities for training and growth within Pathways Vermont’s peer-led program.

Competenze

• Direct lived experience of a mental health challenge or crisis, willingness to share when appropriate.
• Ability to complete the CPSP process with The Copeland Center.
• Willingness to communicate and collaborate effectively with guests and team.

Mansioni

• Provide confidential peer support using choice-based, person-centered approaches.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and assist with housekeeping for guests.
• Help guests access community resources and activities as desired.
• Support guests in understanding rights while receiving services.
• Communicate program expectations and on-call protocols to guests.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.
• Complete CPSP process and participate in trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
