Job summary

ECCO Group USA is hiring for their Verizon FiOS Home Services Program. This remote, work-from-home role involves contacting eligible customers and establishing new TV and Internet service accounts. Paid 5-day remote training is provided, with weekly commission payouts and hourly pay.

Schedule includes 38+ hours weekly, with orientation on 10/5/26 and training from 11:30pm-6pm. A strict workspace, wired internet, and Windows 12 or newer are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a call center.
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications and basic computer use.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-directed with analytical problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers eligible for Verizon FiOS Home services and open new TV/Internet accounts.
• Work from home; participate in comprehensive remote training.
• Sell services with commission based on performance; weekly payout.
• Follow scheduling, attend orientation, and install required software on your PC.
