• Experience evaluating business services, operational processes, or vendor solutions.
• Comfortable presenting recommendations to clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze existing services, vendor relationships, and operational processes for client properties.
• Review client surveys to understand needs.
• Evaluate current services, service levels, costs, and operational effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and reduce expenses.
• Prepare business cases, recommendation summaries, cost analyses, and financial projections for client presentations.
• Research, solicit, and evaluate competitive proposals and alternative solutions from vendors and service providers.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage implementation projects from planning through execution.
• Serve as primary contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Track project milestones, timelines, and progress.
• Identify and resolve implementation challenges while maintaining momentum.
• Monitor solution performance and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Manage a high volume of projects and tasks for a growing B2B business.
