Job summary

SingleSource Property Solutions, LLC is hiring a Vendor Recruiting and Onboarding Associate to own the full vendor lifecycle, from identifying coverage gaps to onboarding new vendors and ensuring ongoing compliance.

You’ll build strong vendor relationships, run targeted recruiting campaigns for general field service vendors and trades, and coordinate onboarding with compliance and admin teams to ensure timely activation and performance tracking.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Confident communicating with vendors, even in difficult conversations.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to enforce standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Sharp attention to detail for compliance and records.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Identify market coverage gaps and run targeted recruiting campaigns for general field service vendors and trades.
• Manage vendor recruiting pipelines: applications, interest forms, referrals, crisis recruit requests, and outreach follow-up.
• Screen prospective vendors for service capability, coverage, experience, pricing, capacity, and panel fit.
• Guide vendors through onboarding requirements: signed documents, W-9, general liability insurance, background checks, and other items.
• Coordinate with compliance and admin teams on profile setup, compliance review, and activation.
• Provide new vendors with introductory training on expectations, portal usage, documentation and payment basics.
• Maintain recruiting and onboarding records and transition vendors to order fulfillment.
• Monitor vendor performance trends and flag concerns to leadership.
• Serve as a point of contact for vendor questions on coverage, pricing, and payment processes
