You will partner with Procurement, Information Security, Privacy, Legal, Finance, and Accounts Payable to maintain audit-ready records and drive remediation efforts. The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years in procurement, vendor management, third-party risk, or related operations.
• Foundational understanding of vendor lifecycle management and risk assessments.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional work with stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with procurement platforms like Coupa preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with reporting and trend-identification experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor onboarding and due diligence, including risk questionnaire routing and tracking.
• Maintain vendor records, risk tiers, approval evidence, and contract docs in Coupa.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely vendor reviews per policy.
• Transfer data between systems ensuring accuracy and traceability.
• Track open risk findings and remediation plans to closure.
• Support vendor reviews and ongoing monitoring based on risk and spend.
• Prepare vendor risk reporting and dashboards for leadership and governance bodies.
• Assist with contract renewal documentation and security/privacy inputs.
