Tailored Brands, Inc. seeks a Vendor Risk Program Coordinator to support onboarding, assessments, and documentation of third-party relationships.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Information Security, Privacy, Legal, Finance, and AP to ensure audit-ready records and timely remediation. The role combines organizational rigor with cross-functional collaboration in a remote, Houston-based setting, with occasional onsite meetings at the Houston office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• 3+ years in procurement, vendor management, third-party risk, or related ops.
• Foundational knowledge of vendor lifecycle, onboarding, due diligence, and monitoring.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Legal, Privacy, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor onboarding and due diligence activities and tracking.
• Maintain accurate vendor records, risk tiers, assessments, and contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely vendor reviews.
• Transfer data between internal platforms ensuring accuracy and traceability.
• Track open risk findings, remediation plans, and closure actions.
• Support periodic vendor reviews and ongoing monitoring based on risk.
• Prepare risk reporting, dashboards, and status updates for leadership.
• Assist with contract/renewal reviews and required risk docs.
• Serve as a central contact for vendor risk questions and guidance.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and stakeholder experience.
