Qualifications

• 2–4 years in vendor management, procurement, or contracts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with contracts, POs, and procurement processes.
• Proficiency with vendor management software and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main liaison for vendor communications and relationships.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, compliance, and due diligence.
• Track vendor performance and drive improvement initiatives.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements to optimize value.
• Maintain contracts, POs, and related documentation.
• Process invoices and supporting procurement paperwork.
• Evaluate proposals, pricing, and quality of service.
• Collaborate with procurement, legal, and finance to meet goals.
• Prepare vendor reports and leadership recommendations.
• Support vendor audits and ensure reporting compliance.
