Ladders in Boston seeks a Director of Strategic Vendor Management to lead the vendor portfolio supporting core operations in the Legal & Accounting space. The role drives vendor strategy, performance oversight, and risk management in collaboration with executive leadership.

Location is Boston, MA with US-based candidates only; visa sponsorship is not available. Compensation ranges from $220,000 to $250,000 annually, with benefits including health/dental/vision, retirement plans, and more.

Qualifications

10+ years of vendor management and procurement experience.
Experience in law or financial services preferred.
Proven ability to lead complex vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

Serve as executive relationship owner for key vendors.
Develop long-term vendor strategies and performance roadmaps.
Establish vendor scorecards and manage performance KPIs.
Lead quarterly business reviews to assess vendor performance.
Act as senior escalation point for vendor service issues.
Oversee vendor onboarding, procurement governance, and risk management activities.
Monitor travel vendor relationships and strategic program development.
