Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; JD in contracts or transactional law preferred.
• 3–5 years of vendor contract negotiation experience in CRO/pharma or related environment.
• Strong knowledge of contract development, administration, and risk management.
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize vendor agreements, SOWs, and change orders.
• Lead end-to-end vendor contract lifecycle ensuring timely execution and compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigate potential liabilities.
• Partner with Legal, Sourcing, and cross-functional teams to develop contracting strategies.
• Coordinate approvals and manage deviations from policies.
• Support process improvements to reduce contract development cycle times.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders.
