General Motors is seeking a Software Engineer, Automation to create software for vehicle functions and lead integration testing. You will design automated test frameworks and perform system-level validation with guidance from senior engineers.

You'll diagnose issues in vehicle hardware and software, triage test failures, and contribute to defect resolution. 100% telecommuting is permitted, enabling flexible work arrangements.

Formación

• Requires 2 years of experience as Software/Automation Engineer or related role.
• Proficient in Python/Java/C++, object-oriented analysis and debugging.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Create software for basic and vehicle-level functions and perform integration and verification testing.
• Design and maintain automated test frameworks and test harnesses for unit, integration, regression, and system testing.
• Diagnose, debug and resolve issues in vehicle hardware/software and manage test failures and defect tracking.
