Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or closely related field.
• 2 years of experience as Software Engineer, Automation Engineer, or related occupation.
• Experience with Python, Java, or C++, including OO analysis, design, implementation and debugging.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and libraries (JUnit/TestNG for Java, pytest for Python).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins for automated build, test execution, and reporting.
• Experience integrating software components across multiple systems; ability to troubleshoot and debug.
• 6 months experience with CAN/LIN/Ethernet vehicle networks or test systems.

Responsibilities

• Create software for basic and vehicle-level functions and perform integration and verification testing.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks and test harnesses for testing of vehicle test automation software.
• Perform software analysis, requirements analysis, reviews, and design under guidance of senior engineers.
• Diagnose, debug, and resolve issues related to vehicle hardware and software including test benches and in-vehicle systems.
• Triage automated test failures and track defects to resolution.
• Operate with 100% telecommuting per policy.
