Morley is hiring for a remote Vehicle Processing Clerk (Disposition Coordinator) to support nationwide vehicle repurchases. You will be a friendly contact ensuring documentation is complete and cases move quickly for customers throughout the process.

The role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases with efficient communication across phone, email, and mail channels. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, lien holders, dealerships, and state agencies to complete vehicle repurchases.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications (phone, email, mail).
• Secure required documentation by contacting relevant parties to expedite returns.
• Expedite and track case handling through documentation systems.
