Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One+ year in customer service (call center, retail, restaurant, etc.).
• Able to work shifts as listed and reliably stick to schedule.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, lien holders, dealerships, and agencies to complete vehicle repurchases.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications by phone, email, and mail.
• Secure required documentation to expedite repurchase processes.
• Expedite and track cases through documentation systems.
• Meet required metrics and manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Provide timely solutions via calls, chats, emails with a positive attitude.
