Job summary

Amplity seeks a Veeva Platform Specialist to administer Veeva Vault CRM and Vault/CRM environments. You will support deployments, configuration, and ongoing operations for biopharma clients across the US time zones.

The role emphasizes strong Veeva expertise, hands-on technical ability, and collaboration with business teams and clients to drive successful implementations and sustainment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience administering or supporting Veeva CRM or Salesforce in life sciences.
• Proven ability to configure security, layouts, workflows, and user management.
• Experience with Vault CRM reporting, dashboards, and AI features is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Veeva Vault CRM and Veeva CRM environments and security.
• Support platform health, incidents, and end-user assistance across client projects.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and onboarding for new deployments.
• Coordinate releases, testing, and validation activities with clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate on data quality, integrations, and analytics using BI tools.
