Job summary

Clarkston Consulting is seeking a Quality Systems (Veeva) Senior Consultant to deliver creative business solutions for life sciences, consumer products, and retail clients. You will design and deploy Veeva systems, lead workshops, and manage QMS data solutions across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in life sciences, experience with Veeva Vault/Quality suites, and a background in regulatory information management.

Qualifications

4-year degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience implementing Document or Quality Management systems in life sciences as a consultant, business, or IT representative.
Experience with regulatory information management systems and submissions (preferred).
Understanding of global quality requirements and GMP/compliance processes.

Responsibilities

Participate in projects at life sciences and consumer products companies designing and deploying Veeva.
Support configuration and implementation of Veeva Quality suite and Vault RIM capabilities.
Lead requirements workshops, design, prototype, configure and document content management/QMS data solutions.
Earn trusted client status and develop relationships beyond the project lifecycle.
Create and oversee project or workstream plans, define deliverables, assign roles, and track issues.
