Job summary

HBK Engineering, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) Team Lead to support multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams throughout the design and build lifecycle. This remote position involves guiding modeling standards and coordinating with engineering disciplines to enhance project delivery.

The ideal candidate will lead VDC efforts across various disciplines, ensuring accurate and efficient digital models, and will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. HBK offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of VDC experience supporting engineering or construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading VDC coordination efforts across multiple disciplines.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and digital collaboration.

• Develop and maintain VDC standards and workflows.
• Mentor and guide VDC specialists.
