Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource for clinical support in surgical coverage and in-service education for Abbott Vascular products.
• Educate customers on product usage with presentations and demonstrations across formats.
• Perform clinical research and participate in case reviews and clinical observation with physicians or lab staff.
• Attend clinical procedures in hospital labs and ORs to ensure customer and patient success with products.
• Travel to meet with physicians and hospital staff to identify needs and demonstrate products.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers for future sales.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing feasible solutions with related teams.
