Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource for clinical support in surgical coverage, troubleshooting and in‑service education for Abbott Vascular products.
• Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of products via presentations and demonstrations.
• Perform clinical and library research and participate in case reviews and clinical observation.
• Attend clinical procedures in labs and operating rooms to assure customer and patient success with Abbott Vascular products.
• Meet with existing and potential clients by traveling to identify clinical needs and discuss product capabilities.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers for future sales.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing creative solutions with sales, clinical research, marketing, and support teams.
