Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource for clinical support in surgical coverage, troubleshooting and in-service education for Abbott Vascular products.
• Educate customers on product usage through presentations and demonstrations across formats and platforms.
• Perform clinical and library research and participate in case reviews with physicians and lab staff.
• Attend clinical procedures in labs and hospital operating rooms to ensure customer and patient success with Abbott Vascular products.
• Meet with hospitals’ physicians and staff to identify clinical needs and demonstrate how products meet those needs.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify decision makers and facilitate future sales.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing feasible solutions with cross-functional teams.
