Momento USA LLC is seeking an experienced Varicent Consultant for a remote, long-term engagement. You will support large-scale end-to-end Varicent implementations and legacy modernization efforts, working with business and technical stakeholders to design, develop, test, and deploy compensation management solutions.

The role requires leading workshops, driving discovery, and designing solution architecture, databases, and integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end Varicent implementations or legacy modernization projects.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical specifications for Varicent.
• Strong design, development and deployment experience with Varicent.

Responsabilités

• Lead workshops to capture business and technical requirements.
• Drive discovery and design activities for Varicent projects.
• Review and design Varicent solution architecture.
• Design and develop Varicent databases and compensation/commission systems.
• Create technical specs from business requirements.
• Design and support system integrations.
• Build, test, and deploy Varicent components and reports.
