Job summary

jobgether is seeking a Value Management & Financial Operations Lead based in the United States. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and investment evaluation across a complex portfolio, partnering with business, technology, finance, and operations to quantify value and support data-driven decisions.

This fully remote role aligns with Eastern Time hours and requires occasional travel for meetings or training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of experience in finance, operations, or portfolio management.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, or business operations.
• Experience developing business cases and evaluating investment opportunities.
• Ability to analyze and communicate financial and operational metrics to guide decisions.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and coordinating stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations across a portfolio of initiatives, overseeing budgets and forecasting.
• Develop portfolio-level financial reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Partner with leaders to develop business cases and funding recommendations.
• Quantify and monitor expected value of initiatives and ensure alignment with outcomes.
• Improve processes for measuring benefits realization and reporting value delivered.
• Support governance activities including funding reviews and prioritization.
• Communicate performance and forecasts to senior leadership with clear presentations.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial operations and value management.
