Job summary

NWN is seeking a hands-on Integration & Value Creation Office Director to lead and coordinate the company’s M&A integration and transformation initiatives from a remote US-based position. The role drives value realization, synergistic planning, and execution across finance, HR, IT, operations, sales, and legal.

The role offers strategic influence, collaboration with senior leadership, and accountability for cutting-edge playbooks, dashboards, and risk management in a fast-paced enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Masters degree preferred.
• 7-9 years progressive experience in M&A integration, enterprise transformation, and value creation or strategy execution.
• Experience in private equity-backed, multi-site, or acquisitive organizations preferred.
• Background in management consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation/PMO roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end post-merger integration (PMI) activities, managing workstream plans, dependencies and milestones.
• Drive execution of integration strategies and governance frameworks.
• Support M&A diligence by analyzing target company data and surface value creation opportunities.
• Identify and report synergy opportunities and value realization against targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
• Monitor enterprise value creation, including EBITDA growth, cost optimization, and working capital improvements.
• Translate priorities into structured execution plans with timelines and accountability.
• Enable transformation initiatives through planning, coordination, and execution support.
• Maintain governance tools, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
