A pioneering blockchain startup in the field of AI is seeking a Validator Engineer to oversee the uptime, performance, and reliability of its validators. The role includes responsibilities such as managing upgrades, supporting validator operators, and ensuring optimal performance of the systems. Candidates should have extensive experience with high-availability distributed systems, proficiency in Go and Rust, and a deep understanding of relevant protocols. Qualifications

• 4+ years operating high-availability distributed systems.
• Direct experience running PoS validators on EVM-based chains.
• Ability to read, debug, and extend EL and CL client code.
• Strong grasp of protocol-level concepts such as fork-choice and evidence handling.

Responsibilities

• Own the uptime, performance, and reliability of validators.
• Manage upgrades, snapshots, and sync performance.
• Support validator operators via documentation and tools.
• Profile and patch critical paths for optimal performance.
