Qualifications
4+ years operating high-availability distributed systems.
Direct experience running PoS validators on EVM-based chains.
Ability to read, debug, and extend EL and CL client code.
Strong grasp of protocol-level concepts such as fork-choice and evidence handling.
Responsibilities
Own the uptime, performance, and reliability of validators.
Manage upgrades, snapshots, and sync performance.
Support validator operators via documentation and tools.
Profile and patch critical paths for optimal performance.
