Ritual is building a sovereign execution layer for AI. As a Distributed Systems Engineer, you will design and scale our heterogeneous blockchain infrastructure, focusing on node specialization, consensus mechanisms, and AI model execution across the network.

You will implement distributed components, optimize P2P networks, and build observability tooling. Candidates should be strong in Go or Rust, Linux, and Kubernetes, with a track record of production-grade systems and high-performance design.
