Job summary

The Doing Co. is hiring a VA Team Leader to guide a global group of virtual assistants working remotely from the Philippines and beyond. You will mentor, coach and set up the onboarding framework to ensure each VA performs at a high, consistent level.

You’ll establish regular coaching rhythms, track performance using KPIs, and build repeatable processes that support a long-term, client-focused culture. This role emphasizes empathy, accountability and scalable systems across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years experience managing or coaching remote team members.
• Experience supporting Australian, UK or US–based businesses.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Habit of building repeatable systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new VAs with tailored timelines and clear tools.
• Provide weekly coaching and feedback based on client KPIs.
• Document coaching journeys and update SOPs with HR.
• Coordinate with client-facing teams to align VA goals with client needs.
