Job summary

VetsEZ seeks a Data Quality Analyst & Tester to support VA DMM for EHRM data migration. You will ensure VistA to VX130 to Oracle Health data is accurate, traceable, and ready for bulk migration and site go-lives.

Responsibilities include executing DQ checks, investigating discrepancies, validating data, and producing weekly reports. Requires a BS in a technical field and strong SQL/QA skills. Fully remote role with federal healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with data validation, testing, reconciliation, or troubleshooting across large datasets.
• Strong SQL skills for ad hoc queries used in investigation and reconciliation.
• Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with automation, monitoring, data mapping, testing, or analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor daily Data Quality checks across multiple VA sites and datasets.
• Investigate data-quality discrepancies, identify root causes, and drive resolution.
• Validate migration queries, extracts, and transformed data for completeness and correctness.
• Collaborate with IRIS developers, VA staff, Oracle Health, and SMEs on discrepancies.
• Prepare and support weekly Data Quality reporting and status updates.
