Job summary

Syms Strategic Group (SSG) seeks an Edifecs DevSecOps Engineer to lead cloud migration and operate CI/CD pipelines for VA enterprise cloud environments. The role focuses on secure, scalable AWS architectures, IAM management, and compliance with federal policies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cloud engineering experience in AWS
• Experience with large-scale, HA cloud architectures
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or NodeJS for automation
• Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS security requirements

Responsibilities

• Migrate to cloud and design cloud architectures
• Develop and operate CI/CD automation
• Manage IAM, VPC, and networking in AWS
• Implement monitoring and logging for cloud environments
• Support VA Enterprise Cloud (VAEC) environments
