Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking Examining Physician Assistant to conduct Compensation & Pension (C&P) Examinations for Veterans applying for VA disability benefits. You will review claims, perform focused exams, analyze records, and render objective medical opinions based on VA guidelines.

This role may require charting from home and involves up to 10% travel to other LS GSC clinics. A valid PA license, strong communication, independence, and HIPAA compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Active PA license required in the United States.
• At least 1 year of experience in medical disability examinations or related field.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to work independently and with QA team.
• Familiarity with VA MDE program requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Comprehensive Medical Disability Examinations for veterans.
• Review and analyze medical records and test results.
• Render objective medical opinions regarding disabilities and work capacity.
• Document findings in VA-compliant examinations and reports.
• Collaborate with QA team and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure HIPAA confidentiality and data security.
