Match Group Affinity is seeking a mixed methods User Researcher (UXR) to drive research across dating and social connections. You will partner with leadership, product managers, and designers to identify opportunities, validate solutions, and understand the why behind analytics trends.

This is a six-month temporary position with the option to work remotely, supporting Affinity apps like BLK, Chispa, and Upward.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of user research in a product environment (B2C or B2B).
• Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing (moderated/unmoderated).
• Experience creating surveys and analyzing results to determine user attitudes and behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research initiatives across Affinity brands to improve dating experiences.
• Develop deep understanding of diverse user segments for Affinity apps.
• Generate actionable insights to inform stakeholder decisions and new opportunities.
