Job summary

Match Group is seeking a mixed methods User Researcher (UXR) to drive research across the dating and social connections space. You will partner with leadership, product managers, and designers using quantitative and qualitative methods to identify opportunities and validate solutions, helping us understand the “why” behind trends in analytics data.

This is a six-month temporary position with the option to work remotely, focusing on Affinity apps (BLK, Chispa, Upward) and delivering actionable

Qualifications

• At least 1+ years of experience conducting user research in a product environment (B2C or B2B).
• Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing (moderated and/or unmoderated).
• Experience creating surveys and analyzing results to determine user attitudes and behaviors.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to share research to all audiences from designers to executives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research initiatives to drive brand and product improvements using rigorous qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Foster deep understanding of user segments across Affinity apps.
• Generate actionable insights to inform stakeholder decision-making on a range of initiatives.
• Communicate insights with written reports and in-person presentations to cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Design and Product to make research an integral part of the practice and culture.
