Intelliswift - An LTTS Company is seeking a Research Operations Coordinator to support UX Research programs remotely on a 12+ month contract. The role focuses on managing vendor engagements, contracts, purchase orders, invoicing, and operational workflows to ensure smooth project execution.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple requests while partnering with researchers, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in project coordination or related fields.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor engagements supporting UX Research initiatives from intake through completion.
• Manage Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, purchase orders, and invoicing activities.
• Track project status, follow up on approvals, and help remove operational blockers.
• Serve as a liaison between researchers, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, operational trackers, and workflow records.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and timelines to stakeholders.
• Support process improvement initiatives to increase team efficiency.
