Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in UX Research, User Research, Market Research, Human Factors, or a related field.
• Comfortable conducting interviews, surveys, focus groups, or other user research activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Ability to engage professionally and effectively with research participants.
• Comfortable working independently in an on-site environment.
• Ability to follow a structured research plan while identifying potential gaps or themes in the data.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other planned UX research activities.
• Recruit, screen, schedule, and communicate with research participants.
• Facilitate research sessions and ensure a positive, consistent participant experience.
• Document participant feedback, observations, pain points, and recurring experience themes.
• Monitor participation levels and identify potential research gaps or areas requiring additional insight.
• Maintain consistent research practices, documentation, and processes throughout the engagement.
• Collaborate with the broader research team to share regional findings and observations.
• Contribute Seattle-specific insights to cross-regional analysis and final recommendations.
• Work independently while following established research plans, processes, and timelines.

Position Overview

We are seeking 3 UX Researchers to support a short-term regional user research initiative focused on evaluating employee experiences with our clients' AV tools and environments.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career UX Researcher with approximately 1-3 years of experience who is comfortable conducting research, engaging with participants, documenting findings, and working independently as part of a coordinated global research program.

Researchers will be based on-site in Seattle and will contribute regional insights that will ultimately inform cross-regional analysis and recommendations.
