MeasuringU is seeking an Operations Coordinator to own logistics for participant recruitment and scheduling across remote and in-person studies. You’ll work daily with researchers and recruitment vendors to ensure smooth study operations.

You’ll manage scheduling, budget tracking, and vendor communications, build screening materials, and help keep project documentation organized. This is a full-time, remote role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Willingness to learn and navigate multiple software applications.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling participants and researchers for remote and in-person research sessions.
• Collect feasibility, price quotes, and timelines from panel vendors and compare options.
• Track panel fees, participant incentives, and vendor invoices against budgets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for panel and vendor partners.
• Help build and program screening surveys and monitor live screeners.
