Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a remote User Experience Design Intern to join the Digital Experience and Design Team for a 12-week program. You’ll collaborate with design, user research, and product teams to shape UX improvements and deliver customer-centered concepts.

The internship runs May 24, 2027 to August 13, 2027 with paid compensation and exposure to Labcorp’s global business and leadership through mentoring and projects.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Design, Communications, Psychology or Marketing.
• Must be a rising junior or senior in 2027 (Dec 2027 through June 2029 graduation).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with design, user research, and product management to deliver a best-in-class user experience.
• Contribute design concepts based on user research and business needs.
• Plan and analyze qualitative and quantitative research; communicate findings to product teams.
