Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a remote User Experience Design Intern to join the Digital Experience and Design Team for a 12-week paid program. You’ll partner with design, user research and product management to deliver a best-in-class experience, apply research insights, and communicate findings to the team.

Eligible students are pursuing a related degree and available May 24, 2027 to August 13, 2027, with compensation of $23–$28 per hour.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Design, Communications, Psychology or Marketing.
3–6 months experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office.
3–6 months experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods.
Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with design, user research, and product management teams to deliver a best-in-class user experience to customers.
Contribute design concepts based on user research and business needs.
Assist in planning and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research.
Gather insights from research and the voice of the customer to define the customer journey.
Communicate research findings and design concepts to the product management team.
