Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UX design experience in industry, freelance, or equivalent.
• Experience testing with screen readers and multiple browsers.
• Wire-framing experience required.
• Strong usability foundation and research skills.
• Experience planning and conducting user research and usability testing.
• Proficient in visual and interaction design and mobile-first approaches.
• Expertise with Adobe XD and Adobe Suite products.
• Knowledge of 508 compliance, WCAG 2.1, and accessibility testing.
• Strong client collaboration to translate requirements into experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support UX analysis for Health & Human Services Agency projects.

• Create wireframes and design standards for systems and websites.
