Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a Care Coordinator in Utilization Management to oversee daily UM operations remotely. You will collaborate with physician reviewers, payers, and vendors to optimize workflows and improve care quality while meeting performance metrics.

A 40-hour weekly schedule and full-time benefits support professionals across the country. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years in UM or healthcare operations, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with UM

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years in utilization management, healthcare operations, or a similar role.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in utilization management software systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Proven organizational and detail-orientation skills
US work authorization.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Utilization Management team.
Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize utilization management workflows.
Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and vendors.
Navigate between multiple electronic platforms.
Meet standard performance and quality metrics.
Other duties as assigned.
