This part-time role involves managing a high volume of calls and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and experience in a customer service environment. The position offers a base pay range of $58,240 – $72,800 annually and includes benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a Customer Interface or Call Center environment.
• Ability to work part-time shifts (8AM – 12PM, 11AM – 3PM, or 2PM – 6PM ET).

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Track inquiries using various software applications.
• Build sustainable relationships with customers.
