Job summary

Clearwave Office is seeking a Utility Locator to identify and locate outside plant fiber and coax facilities. The role requires independence, strong safety awareness, and the ability to locate underground and above-ground assets while recording attribute information.

Ideal candidates have prior utility locating experience, a valid Illinois driver’s license, and the ability to travel as needed. Basic computer skills are required to document findings and coordinate with teams.

Qualifications

• Illinois resident with a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Prior utility locating experience and ability to travel.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow safety standards in the ROW (IDOT).

Responsibilities

• Locate outside plant fiber and coax facilities (underground and above ground).
• Identify specified attribute information for assets.
• Work independently with a strong emphasis on safety.
