Job summary

UtiliSave, LLC is seeking an Assistant Utility Issue Adjudicator to join our auditing team. This entry-level role interfaces with utilities to ensure adjustments are processed and savings are realized for clients in real estate across the US. You will build skills in data management, reporting, and coordination with auditors and the legal department.

The position offers remote work with standard U.S. business hours and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience; administrative background preferred.
• Undergraduate degree completed or within six months of completion.
• Ability to explain technical and legal concepts in simple language.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Independent problem solving with creativity and efficiency.
• Ability to prioritize high-volume workload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Resolve utility issue adjustments in collaboration with auditing team.
• Follow up with utilities via phone and email to obtain information.
• Maintain up-to-date records of progress and outcomes.
• Track weekly submissions and ensure issues are properly tracked.
• Review rejected issues and coordinate responses for adjudication.
• Coordinate with auditing team and provide required documentation.
• Escalate complex issues to the Legal Department for guidance.
